Returns Policy
You may return any items free of charge within 30 days of it item being delivered as shown by tracking number. We will pay for return shipping on all items that aren't fright. Freight shipments will be handled on a case by case basis
Your refund will be processed within 24 hours of us receiving the item as long as it returns in the same condition it was sent in. for example, if an item was sent in pristine cosmetic condition you may not get a full refund if it is sent back covered in scratches. New items may not get a full refund if they show more than a reasonable about of use. If you have any question feel free to ask.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return along with your reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If you think the rate you are being given should be lower feel free to contact us and we will get the item out of inventory and get you a quote manually and let you know the price difference between carriers
