The EMUL-SUPER10-PC/TR133 emulator consists of an emulator pod-trace board that contains the
special STMicroelectronics bondout controller and various logic in the form of advanced CPLD and FPGAs.
The current maximum speed of the board is 160 MHz. The photo on the front cover of this document shows
the complete emulator in its case. The emulator is configured and operated by the Nohau user interface,
Seehau. Seehau also contains the firmware for the CPLD and FPGAs of the emulator. This makes firmware
updates easy and complete with each new release of Seehau.
The EMUL-SUPER10-PC/PODTR133 is the fourth in a series of emulators from Nohau that support
STMicroelectronics. The first, the EMUL-ST10-PC supports ST10 derivatives up to 50 MHz. The second,
the EMUL-ST10-FA-PC provides similar support up to 90 MHz. The third, the EMUL-SUPER10-PC
supports ST’s SUPER10 up to 100MHz. Nohau has been shipping STMicroelectronics emulators since the
summer of 1998 and is the world leader.
