Unit was ordered for a manufacturing line that was never installed and put into storage, crated. It has been recently opened and tested as pictured.
Unit has a Linak actuator controller with Ethernet controls. It runs the two linear actuators that lift/tilt.
The arms on either side have manual lift assist cylinders an can be adjusted about 16" or so, see pictures.
Unit is designed to hold a couple hundred pounds and roll flat objects on and off along while lifting from approximately 30" from the floor to approximately 46" off the floor. Unit tilts almost 90 degrees from flat toward the front (as pictured)
The work table is 59" wide and 41" deep overall, plus has an extension on the front to hold a little bit larger object. The rollers on the roller top work as they should. This unit had a purpose that was not realized so we are doing our best to try to market it for a re-purpose.
The unit has a monitor arm mount on the right hand side with a power strip to plug stuff into. The up down and tilt functions are all operated from the controls on the right arm, along with the light and E-stop. The unit runs on standard 120VAC and is super quiet. The light switch is the rotary knob by the e-stop. The lights brackets were a little loose and flimsy so the lights were taped on for safe travel.
