This robot is a custom built assembly that uses 2x Harmonic Drive servo motors to power the 2 axis of the horizontal plane of movement. The third axis is a IAI type screw driven actuator and is a cleanroom rated IAI Industrial Actuator: RCS2CR-SS7D-I-60-100-B24-RM6-VH-SP
