Good used condition, powers up and has a yellow flashing heartbeat.  No further testing done, comes as pictured.  Unit has a blue rework wire soldered inside, not sure if that is factory or aftermarket.

Using its powerful system browser, users see, document and manage not only on-chip but also the “off-chip” registers of all memorymapped peripherals and custom ASIC components down to bit-level detail and all in one convenient interface.

PowerTAP PRO is fast, with JTAG downloadspeeds over three times faster than other emulators, a significant performance upgrade over PowerTAP II. For example, PowerTAP PRO’s JTAG clock-speed runs at 64 MHz compared with PowerTAP II’s 16 MHz clockspeed. Based on a completely new platform, PowerTAP PRO delivers robust connections for DPI as well as JTAG probes.
